Lauren is a certified Somatic Practitioner and Holistic Coach on a mission to support humans find safety and comfort within their body.

Lauren has completed training in Holistic Coaching, Somatic Experiencing and Nervous System Regulation. But with professional work aside, she is first and foremost a human who has experienced trapped trauma, chronic stress and health challenges herself.

In the midst of her own journey, Lauren discovered just how ​possible it is to experience change and to cultivate a new ​relationship with our bodies and find safety within ourselves on a ​deeper level.


She began to listen to her body and noticed how the symptoms ​became messages, and through that listening was able to meet ​her body in it’s needs and wisdom.

What is Somatic ​Healing?

"Somatics" comes from the Greek word “Soma” meaning “the ​living body known from within”, or “known to the Self”. Through ​this framework we are able to place the body in an environment ​that supports healing, it will naturally and effortlessly move ​towards improved holistic wellbeing. As the body heals, the mind ​follows with an experiences of calm, peace, and relief, allowing ​you to rewire negative beliefs and find freedom and safety within ​the world around you.

Investing in ​yourself...

Investing in yourself can feel overwhelming and at times difficult. There was a time when investing in myself induced anxiety and fear. What I have learned is that there is nothing more important and rewarding than filling up my own cup and investing in my own personal growth, it has been one of the most profound acts of self care I have ever experienced. We live in an extremely fast paced world and it often has the ability to encapsulate us and redirect our focus to the stress and worries of every day life.


I have come to realise that in learning to slow down and direct our focus inward we can unlock the answers within us to learn to thrive in the world around us. This gives us the opportunity while we are here in this physical body and world to be our truest selves and connecting to the body we have is one of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves.


When we lean into the opportunity to give back to ourselves the healing begins. Trust in your body, trust in the desire to fill your own cup to guide your decision. If this is for you, you may already feel it in your body. If that’s the case, know you’re in the right place at the right time.
